Terms and Conditions for Discount Voucher Usage

  1. Voucher Definition:
    The discount voucher (“Voucher”) is a document issued by InterMD S.A., exclusively for redeeming a thirty percent (30%) discount on the medical services outlined in Section 4 of this document.
  2. Voucher Validity:
    The Voucher is valid only during the period specified at the time of issuance, up to December 31, 2025. This Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may only be used by the recipient.
  3. Covered Services:
    The Voucher may only be used to obtain discounts on the following medical services:
    • General Medical Check-Up
    • Dentistry
    • Aesthetic Surgeries
  4. Discount Amount:
    The Voucher grants a thirty percent (30%) discount on the following services:
    • 30% off General Medical Check-Up at Clínica de Occidente.
    • 30% off Dentistry services at Smile Design.
    • 30% off Aesthetic Surgeries.
  5. Usage Restrictions:
    • The Voucher cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts.
    • The Voucher is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to another individual.
    • It may only be used to redeem medical services within the specified validity period.
    • The Voucher is not valid for purchasing products or services not expressly included in these Terms and Conditions.
    • The 30% discount is applicable for a single time and for one medical procedure only, as specified in Section 4. For instance, the discount may be applied to the General Medical Check-Up at Clínica de Occidente, Dentistry at Smile Design, or Aesthetic Surgeries.
  6. Voucher Redemption Procedure:
    To redeem the Voucher, the customer must present it to the designated InterMD S.A. staff. The discount will be applied directly to the service cost upon Voucher verification.
  7. Modifications and Cancellations:
    InterMD S.A. reserves the right to modify or cancel the Voucher without prior notice. In the event of Voucher cancellation, the customer will be notified promptly.
  8. Responsibility:
    The customer is responsible for ensuring the Voucher is complete and in good condition at the time of use. InterMD S.A. is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of the Voucher after it has been delivered to the customer.
  9. Acceptance of Terms:
    By using the Voucher, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. Any misuse of the Voucher may result in its immediate cancellation.
