Arrival

Treatment
- Medical Center Tour: Introduction to the medical team and assigned Case Manager.
- Treatment Explanation: Detailed breakdown of the procedure and post-operative follow-up plan.
Discharge
- Final Documentation: Delivery of flight tickets, airport health clearance letter, and medical records in Spanish and English.
- Airport Assistance: Support during check-in and accompaniment to the boarding area to ensure a smooth process.
Follow-Up
- Initial Post-Procedure Contact: Follow-up the next day to check on the patient’s condition.
- Additional Follow-Ups: Scheduled check-ins one week, one month, and three months later to monitor recovery and address any concerns.
